Role Overview:
We’re in pursuit of a seasoned Blockchain Implementation Specialist with profound knowledge in integrating blockchain technologies, specifically for VR-based tourism and edutainment content. As a linchpin in our team, you’ll play a crucial role in understanding business objectives, delivering and overseeing the amalgamation of blockchain technologies, ensuring that our groundbreaking products – Eyemmersive® and TeenyWeenyVR – align seamlessly with the business’s vision. This role requires a strategist technically proficient, endowed with robust analytical abilities, and capable of elucidating complex technological frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Design & develop a blockchain based system to manage VR-content for tourism and edutainment domains.
- Engage with stakeholders to discern and detail business needs specific to blockchain integration for Eyemmersive® and TeenyWeenyVR.
- Bridge the gap between the business and the technical team, ensuring that blockchain and IT solutions are in line with business goals.
- Direct the entirety of blockchain solution delivery, from conception to roll-out, in alignment with the overarching business strategy.
- Act as the intermediary between our clients and the technical brigade, proactively identifying business requisites and incorporating them into our global management framework.
- Leverage your profound blockchain understanding to transform intricate tech solutions into tangible and coherent IT projects.
- Assist in formulating RFQs and RFIs with a deep understanding of product requirements in relation to blockchain technologies.
- Participate actively in industry congregations and trade events to stay updated with market trends and client needs.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics for Eyemmersive® and TeenyWeenyVR, including competitive analytics for strategic product placement and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with external blockchain-focused agencies to ensure our IT blueprints align with business objectives.
- Offer in-depth technical and functional requirements support to the business development, project management, and RFQ teams.
- Contribute to defining and maintaining a product trajectory that positions Eyemmersive® and TeenyWeenyVR as industry pioneers.
- Aid in the management of blockchain-centric project or product budgets.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Digital Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in prominent blockchain-centric projects.
- Expertise in programming with the Go language.
- Proficiency in Ansible automation tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Hyperledger, especially Hyperledger Fabric.
- Demonstrable ability to develop based on enterprise blockchains.
- Acumen in translating business processes into IT and blockchain specifications.
- Established credibility with a client-first orientation.
- Experience operating within matrixed, global, cross-functional structures.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with senior executives.
- The ability to look beyond just the technology and comprehend vital business drivers.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a seasoned IT Business Analyst with a strong background in the VR/AR/XR space to guide the development and execution of our innovative products – Eyemmersive® and TeenyWeenyVR. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring that our IT solutions align with business needs. This role demands a strategic thinker with a technical background, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand and communicate complex technologies effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and analyze their needs, translating business requirements into functional specifications and system design specifications for Eyemmersive® and TeenyWeenyVR.
- Facilitate communication between the business side and the IT team, ensuring IT solutions align with business needs.
- Assist in managing end-to-end IT solution delivery, from ideation to launch, aligning with the overarching business strategy.
- Act as the bridge between the customer and the technical team, proactively identifying business needs and feeding these into the global management framework.
- Leverage your technical knowledge to articulate complex technology solutions into clear and feasible IT projects.
- Assist in the preparation of RFQs and RFIs responses with a comprehensive understanding of product and technical requirements in Head-up Display development and Cockpit technologies.
- Participate in customer events and trade shows to understand market trends and customer requirements.
- Develop an understanding of the market for Eyemmersive® and TeenyWeenyVR products, including competitive analysis for product positioning and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with external creative agencies in the HUD space to ensure our IT solutions meet business needs.

- Help manage and maintain a product line roadmap that positions Eyemmersive® and TeenyWeenyVR as market leaders.
- Assist in managing the product or project-related budget.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
- Experience in managing IT projects and facilitating end-to-end solution delivery.
- Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender are preferred
- Strong ability to analyse business operations and translate them into IT requirements.
- Demonstrable customer orientation and credibility.
- Experience working in a matrix, global, cross-functional organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience interacting with C-Suite professionals.
- Ability to think beyond the technology and understand key business drivers.
